Goa, the famous beach destination in india has got every thing for all ages. Goan beaches are live thouhgh out the year whether it is winter, summer or monsoon. Recently one of my friend who has visited goa has told that even during the summer time there are lots of tourists in goa especially foreigners. It is a commonly asked question that which is the best time to visit goa. I would suggest that the best time to visit goa is during the winter season from October to January if you want to enjoy the beaches of goa during day time, meet new people who are coming to goa from different parts of the world and you can afford the high season hotels costs. It is a fact that during the months of october to march the hotel rates will be high when compared to other months of the year and it will touch the peak rates during the days from december 15th to january 15th.

If you have a low cost goa tour in your mind and want to enjoy a not much crowded beach then it is better to visit goa during offseason especially during the months from april to september. Do keep in mind that during these months you will have to bear the heat of the sun in the beaches and it is not advised to take bath during day time in the beaches. During this time all the hotels will be reducing their hotel rates upto 50%. So money wise it is better to visit goa during offseason.
