Bangalore is the capital of the southern Indian state of Karnataka. The city of bangalore is popularly known as the Garden City because of its many beautiful parks and gardens. The city was founded in the XVI century and since then has continued to be an important administrative center in southern India. Due to the high center of the IT industry, the city is also called the Silicon Valley of India. Another tourist attraction of the city lies in its Pubs. Now is also called the Pub City with over 200 Pubs all over the city. They hang out most areas quite familiar among tourists and locals.

The Chola king - Veera Ballalla was ruling the Plateau of Deccann in south india during the twelfth century AD in the year 1120. Once on a hunting trip the king lost his way in the dense forest in the region. After a long search for his departure that he found an elderly woman in the forest that greeted it with all the amenities and offered him shelter for the night and served cociera baked beans for dinner. The affectionate gesture from the lady was impressed and decided to show his gratitude by building a city and the king appointed him as thoroughly Benda Kalooru, which means cooked baked beans. Later in 1537, a local chieftain, Kempe Gowda helped design this town and give it its modern form.
