The seven-point agenda

Atithi Devo Bhavah is a seven-point agenda of hospitality and training must be embraced by each of us. Here is a little insight into each of the seven points:

Samvedan Sheelta or awareness
Educate the various sections of the tourism industry on how each contributes to the growth of the tourism industry.

Prashikshan or training and induction
Teach people how to approach and interact with tourists, as this is the moment of truth 'in any service industry.

Prerna or motivation
Encourage people to participate in this program through various awards / recognition measures eg for the best worker in the segment.

Karan Pramani or certification
Certification to ensure that standards are always maintained in the training program.

Pratipushti or regeneration
Get feedback from tourists about the service they have received and have had the experience.

Bodh Samanya or general knowledge
The campaign of communication media will be undertaken to create awareness among the general public about the need for and benefits of the program Atithi Devo Bhavah.

Swamitwa or property
Take the movement of Atithi Devo Bhavah as their own, fellow Indians, many livelihoods are dependent on tourism.

Hygiene and cleaning
Hygiene and cleanliness will cover all areas, the right of the vehicles as taxis, personal hygiene and cleanliness of the person providing the service, to the cleaning of monuments / places of tourist interest.
